抱歉我忘了說我的材料中已經有the copy of my spouse'H1 petition receipt，這種情況下，我是該打電話告訴USCIS還是再寄一封信to Respond to the RFE and provide the copy of my hu*****and's H1 petition receipt again.
-Yes and explain it in the letter clearly. Another choice is to wait for the H1 approval if you still have time to wait (you need to respond to the RFE before the deadline indicated in the RFE).
