公民申請是在綠卡4年9個月可以遞交嗎，

怎麽uscis 網站上說N400資格是綠卡5年呢？
-USCIS will not approve your N-400 until you get the green card for at least five years even if you file the N-400 at the time of 綠卡4年9個月.

另外如果拿到綠卡4年9個月但是這中間回國3次，每次一月，要在等三個月嗎？
-No. Not affect the time to file the N-400.
