551 stamp - I went to Newark for stamp on passport

but was sent back to NY where I live, without the stamp. However there is nothing available in UYC until after the day I leave US. So frustrated! I also got the fringerprint notice yesterday, the good thing is I got this done today. I called the uscis and I was even told I can't
