I filed two category I140 ( NIW and EB1-a) in July, 2008 and got approved for NIW but was denied for Eb1-a. I will be laid off by next May if I can't file I-485 by then. I am thinking of refiling a EB1-a but have some questions about Eb1a criteria. Please help me with the following questions?

1. I did several reviews for some Chinese medical magazines and I need to get verification letters from the magazines. Where can I find some samples for this kind of letters?
-If you were the reviewer long time ago and you lost the invitation letter, you just ask the Editor-in-chief of the journal to give you a letter to verify you were the reviewer of the journal what time, how may articles you reviewed, how this journal importance in the field, what qualifications needed to be a reviewer for this journal. The important point is that this journal is very important (e.g. accept/publish high quality article in the field internationally), and a professional has to have high reputation/contributions/achievements in this field to be qualified for the reviewer for this journal.

2. What kinds of membership count for Eb-1a?
-Only paying the fee to be the membership is not counted.
