863211老師，拖拉機手，還有個位大俠，又來向各位請教。看了皮匠老師關於AP的講義，收益匪淺！但我這又是個意外情況。前陣子拿了個三個月的在Montreal 簽的簽證，現在已過期了。我現在持第三個三年的H1b的I-797A批準書往返美加。上周又開始遞交申請AP了。請問您們，我現在在等待AP期間臨時開車去加拿大再開車回美，AP申請失效嗎？
-Because there is not record about your travel to Canada by using automatic visa revalidation rule, your AP application is OK. As long as USCIS approves your AP, you an use this AP for future travel.

入關時隻能向美國關口出示H1B的批準書和相對應的I-94，我需要對他們回答我正在申請AP嗎？
-No. You just show the CBP officer your h1 approval notice, the valid H1 I-94, the recent 3 month paycheck stubs and your pasport. That i all.
