如果新的公司H1 transfer還沒有批下來，我同現在的公司說我要離開，他們是不是會馬上通知移民局停止我的目前的H1延期申請。
-Normally, yes. Also, you had better inform them you will not work for them in advance at least two weeks so that they can find somebody to replace you rposition. This is a morale issue, not immigration law.

這樣的話，我是不是需要馬上要求新的公司給我辦H1 transfer的同時也要他們給我辦加急延期申請。
