那封信是從National Visa Center寄來的，有一表格上有４個選項，分別是１委托人代辦Visa，２自己辦Visa，３以有GC了不需辦，

４不需要辦Visa。我覺得他人已經在美國，就應該選４，您說是嗎？

可為什麽會受到這封信呢？和辦GC好象沒什麽關係啊？
-Because USCIS thought your relative may use consular processing to get the immigration visa outside US, NVC sent this letter to him/her. Just send the response back to NVC and that is all.
