re-enter US need to bring original I-797 approval notice?

2.My kid was back to China on 6/20/10,returned old I94(last entry). His H4 extension application recieved by USCIS 6/8/10 and got approval 6/14/10.I recieved I797 approval notice yesterday. Do I need to mail it back to him and have him show when re-enter US?
-Not need. He can use the AP to come back and get the parolee I-94/status at the port of entry when he returns to US. Then, he can file the H4 extension anytime to re-instate his H4 status before his H4 approval notice expires. So, his status is safe and as long as you keep your H1 status, he can get the H4 status back any time later.

Can help tp get H4 on I94?
-Not H4 I-94, but the parolee I-94.
