non immigrant documents, even ask for IAP-66 form for prior J-1 and I-20 form for prior F-1. I remembered I only provided the existing H-1B approval AND J-1 waiver approval for H-1 transfer, in addition to passport, I-94 copy and degree certificates/trans. I never provided IAP-66, I-20 those stuff which were not required for the H-1 transfer. Is there any policy change recently for the H-1 transfer. I simply don't want them to mess up with those unnecessary documents.
May be better off is just to use EAD? what do you suggest?
Thanks.
