請教Pijiang及各大師:H1b/H4 back China re-enter US

1.should have new H stamp in chinese embassy?
2.just use valid I-797 back is fine? If yes,original or copy?
3.got AP already,but was told once after use it, H status change to AOS? not good?
4.upon leave, need to submit I94?
