Some basic documents need to be 公正:

your birth certificate, your brother and his family (wife and kids, if any) birth certificates, your brother marriage certificate.

Also, your brother and his family memebers need to get the non-crime record and 公正 it, but they do not need to get it now, but do it when they apply for the immigration visa about ten years later.
