EB2 PD 9/30/05, was told no visa number available, help!

Today I got the letter from USCIS after service request in early June, saying there is no visa number available since my case is out the cut-off date.
This is strange, so I called USCIS again and. It was confirmed my PD is right, 9/30/05, and was granted already, but no visa number available. Ridiculous!
Is there anyone that has ever been in the same situation? Please help!
