回複：請教如何辦理結婚綠卡

我是加拿大移民，和老公結婚兩年多了，他是美國公民。我們住在加拿大，現在剛搬到美國，我想辦理美國的綠卡，

請問是否需要請律師，可否給推薦一個比較好的。
-Do it by yourself to save money. It is very simple.

Your spouse needs to file I-130, G-325A, I-864; and you need to file I-485, I-131 (for AP-travel document), I-765 (for EAD-working permit), G-325A, I-693 (physical exam) and/or I-864A (if you use your family total income (include yours) as the sponsorship). All these Forms and the support documents had better file together in one packet and sent to USCIS at one time.
