因為律師講現在transfer H-1 申請需要需要4到6周才能收到receipt,而我隻能在收到receipt後才能去上般. 新雇主希望早點去上班.
-Not need to get the receipt. You can begin to work for the new employer once the petition is received by USCIS and put into the system (normally 4 to 6 days after you mail it out by Express).
