我的485早就交了. 最近批的140是轉EB2的.
我需要等180天. 但是最近公司情況不友好, 想幹脆請一段時間假.不知道這樣行不行, 請假其間是否也算到180天
-The problem is that if your employer withdraws the approved I-140 before your I-485 pending > 180 days, your I-485 will be invalid. So, you had better not change the job or not make the employer unhappy before your I-485 pending > 180 days.
