H1B advice Needed badly.

Right now H1B1 in a University (Non-profit), got a offer from a company (profit). Want to start work on this Nov. Any chcance, and what to do?
Want to start work badly, the company will not hold the offer to next year.
Even some layers do not know the answer.
Thanks, experts, please help, anyway to work on time legally and no trouble in future.
