我I-140通過，排期未到
H1b 6年快到。有EAD卡
老婆從沒用過H14. 在國內

學校同意辦H1B

如果我用了EAD後，學校再辦H1B我如何讓全家來美國呢？
-Ask the school to extend your H1 for another 3 years beyond the 6 year H1 limit before your current h1 expires. Then, your wife can get the H4 visa to enter US.

是不是要回國簽 H1 ，H4呢？？
-Depends on whether your H1 approval notice has I-94 card or not. If yes, you do not need to go out of US to get the H1 visa.

如果不用EAD, 直接辦H1B 6 年後延期， 是不是家人可以在中國簽H4呢？
-Yes.

Immportant thing: you have to file the H1 extension (get the receipt) before your 6 year h1 expires.
