這是綠卡批了嗎?

Yesterday, I got a message from USCIS about my wife's I-485 case. Don't know if this means that her I-485 has been approved?
I checked my previous record, and I found the similar email during my case was approved, but also I got following two emails:
One is : Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.
Another one is: Current Status: Approval notice sent.

So far, I still didn't get such two emails from USCIS....., so I am not 100% sure that the case is approved firmly. Can somebody share your experience and comments?
