My H1B passed 6 years and EB2 green card application is still pending, now I'd like to change a job.

Can I get H1B transfer

or I have to use EAD? If I use EAD,
-Up to you.

am I running the risk to lose my status if my green card get denied?
-If you do not have a non-immigration status (e.g. h1), you need to leave US after your I-485 is denied.
