請教I-131 Part 4 purpose of trip 到底填不填

婚姻綠卡130已批。
File 484+131+765 together now. 看到Pjiang的文章中提到part 3填好後，到part 7都不填。有點困惑，part 4:Information about your proposed travel: Purpose of trip. List the countries you intend to visit. 難道不應該填麽，誰能解釋一下為什麽？多謝！
