請教Pjiang and 863211老師， 485 receipt notice如此重要麽？

5-12-2010 EAD renewal mail delivered,
6-15-2010, call them to know the case rejected without reason. check 沒有被兌取。

I-485 is pending since 7-25-2007. 從未收到receipt notice。到現在手上也沒有。曾經為此去local office 問詢過，人家說485在，但不給copy.理由是receipt notice mail沒有被退回去。曾經寫信給USCIS，但回信說案子在，就是不重新寄receipt notice.
我曾兩次成功得到EAD. 每一次是隨著485同時申請的，不需要485 reciept notice；第二次是自己準備的，沒有receipt notice，但我提供了指紋通知，移民局給我的說明485案子在的信， 還有485被兌取的支票。
這一次我同樣提供了相應材料，但案子被拒了。我感覺I-765審批嚴格了。重要的一條是 "You must include a copy of the I-797C Notice of Action showing that your applicatioin was accepted." 我感覺此條款以前沒有過（記不清以前是否有此條款了，請大俠指正）。
至少我得到教訓，看來我必須要得到receipt notice，否則不知道哪裏就受到影響。

1）具體被拒的理由還不知道，但敢問Pjiang and 863211老師，您覺得485 receipt notice會不會是理由呢？
2）您說我應該怎樣再得到一份receipt notice呢？
