1, I-693體檢表,是和上麵表格一起寄好還是等通知再體檢呢?那個較快?

2, I-131和I-693 也是和所有表格一起寄出麽,不是說地址不一樣麽?
-Yes. Send all the required docuemnts/applications (e.g. I-485, I-131, etc.) in one packet (together with the I-130) and the packet to the address for the I-130 filing (find the address in the I-130 Instructions at USCIS website).

填表時好像要I-485 Receipt Notice ,,,有點暈了.
-Forget about it if you file the I-131/I-765 together with the I-485.

3, 如果一起寄的話,有關郵寄的地址搞不清楚,可否告知,我在德州,休斯頓.

4, 我的2009年的1040上是抱$0的,因為我去年在中國工作,但是我有中國公司的寫的收入證明我有5萬美金,這種情況下不知道是否我的I-864不夠擔保他們???

還是自管先交我自己的I-864蒙混一下?
-You need to provide the evidence for the income such as tax return, and 中國公司的寫的收入證明 may be OK for the proof

-If you need 聯合擔保人, the 聯合擔保人 needs to file I-864 also in addition to your I-864.

6, 我的朋友幫我擔保的話是填864 還是 864A 呀????,
