please help, approved 140 intend to be revoked

2007 年遞的NIW， I140 has been approved in 2008。可是2010 年5月收到intend to revoke 的notice.理由是支持材料不能完全支持NIW，已經請律師遞了回複的材料。不知道結果怎樣，非常擔心中。請問，請州議員寫封信，會有幫助還是會有反作用？謝謝大家
