1)如果我有H1B, 萬一485被拒, 還可以用H1b, 是吧？但過了H1B六年期限, 如果485被拒, 也不能再繼續申請H1B了吧?
-Yes. You even can continue to renew your H1 as long as no one cancel the I-140 even if the I-485 is denied.

2) 老公是H1B， 萬一我的485被據，我還能回H4嗎？
-Yes.
學習了以前的帖子，好像說不能還是要離境再申請？
-Not need if your current status is H1. If your status is AOS when your I-485 is denied, you need to get the H4 visa out of US.

3) 一般說申請EAD三個月？請問有經驗的朋友，覺得十月可以下來嗎?
-If you apply for the EAD now, 100% you will get it before OCT.
