回複：請問EB1b 中，申請人的3年工作經驗證明的verification letter怎麽寫啊？

律師說我們要提供一個申請人在本學術領域裏有3年以上research experience的verificaiton letter。

申請人的基本信息就是博士畢業後，做過5年博士後。請問這個verification letter，是誰出具呢？
-Dept Chair or your supervisor.

可以自己寫嗎？
-No. But you can draft a letter and ask the Chiar to sign (if the Chair agrees you to draft it).
還是必須做postdoc的單位出具？

然後如果是可以自己寫，需要做postdoc的單位提供什麽證明嗎？

如果自己寫，都寫什麽內容呢？請問有類似的模板之類嗎？
-It is very simple. Just verify how long you have worked in this area and what responsibilites (not need details) and the say somehting Dr. XXX is an excellent scientist and I support his application for teh lawful permanent residency under Eb1B category, etc.

那怕是經曆不類似的模板也可以啊，我們參考參考。
