Yes, the number given by GodLovesYou is the one I called. You'll get voiced message initially, and once you hear an option for reporting problems, choose it. Then you'll get to talk with a customer representative. Keep your receipt number handy, and don't forget to ask for confirmation number and representative ID. Good luck!
