不過RFE 不是additional evidence嗎？這個initial也是一回事？
-You did not send all the required materials/documents for the application, so USCIS ask you to send the missed documents to complete your application. Then, they will process your case after they receive all the documents. Just send the missing documents following the RFE after you get it.
