Yes, do please do service request, and mobilize help from politicians.

Did my service request on June 2, only got a letter in the mail a week later saying our cases (me and wife) were not reviewed yet.

Emailed the two Senators and one House representative on June 2, forgot to follow up until a week later. Yes, you have to call to remind them of your email asking for their help. The case workers in charge quickly sent a request to NSC at USCIS. Well, two days later, I am sharing my experience with you all.

Good luck to you all still waiting. Have faith, and yes, pray a lot too!
