請教8老師和皮匠: Follow-to-Join I485 郵寄地址

我兩年前在H1期間（485PENDING）從國內收養了我的女兒。 女兒以H4來美國，先為B2簽證。我正準備為女兒以FOLLOW-TO-JOIN方式遞交I485。我有三個問題請教各位:
問題一: I485郵寄地址. 最新的I485 INSTRUCTIONS上有兩類別和我似乎想相關:
類別一: Based on a pending or approved Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker. (Note: You cannot concurrently file form I-485 and form I-140 at a USCIS Lockbox facility at this time. …

類別二: Spouse or child of an immigrant who has applied for adjustment of status or has been granted Lawful Permanent Residence through a Family Sponsored Visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children;

我女兒的情況適用那個類別呢?
問題二: 審批時間. 就我的情況, 從收到I485到批準大概要多長時間?
問題三: 我有必要為女兒申請AP嗎? 我打算年底或春節帶女兒回國探親, 如果I485那時已經能批準的話, 就沒必要申請AP了.
