美國大學博士後工資到底有多少?

現在我在一所大學做博士後，工資為$32，000/per year. 目前項目進展不錯，要與老板續簽工作合同，想要求漲工資，但不知道自己該向老板提多少，請問各位朋友你們的工資都是多少呀? 聽說有的學校現在都給4萬多了，真的嗎? 提前謝謝你們的答複!
