, pending reason could be no visa number available , I also have been waiting for 8 years, see some cases in Feb 2003 still pending, my PD is in last several days of Mar 2003 , one thing I am not understand is,how come one ins office run out of visa of May , but anther still can issue
new visa for Jun.
