如何回答這個485RFE,關於黨員問題，請xiaobaitu，863211幫忙

6年前來美國，一直沒回去過，來美國以後就沒交過黨費，當然也沒參加過組織活動
根據黨章，應該6個月沒交黨費就退黨了
485申請的時候填了曾經是黨員（我是副申請人，主申請人綠卡已經批了)，並且說了來美國就沒交過黨費，根據黨章，應該已經退黨超過5年了
現在收到RFE:
Upon review of your application, you indicate that you were a member of the Chinese Communist Party. You claim that your membership has been deprived after stopping to pay the membership in six successive months. In view of the foregoing, you must provide a statement and submit any available documentary evidence which demonstrates the exact date that you ceased paying for your membership and the exact data that you were no longer considered a member of Chinese Communist Party.

我可以寫一個statement說明從什麽時候開始沒交黨費，然後根據黨章，6個月沒交黨費就被認為自動脫黨，黨員身份應該是沒交黨費6個月就中止了。 可是有什麽 "documentary evidence"能證明我從哪一天開始就沒交黨費，從哪一天開始就被認為不是黨員了呢？
