2. Send a service request
Type of service requested:
-- Outside Normal Processing Times
as long as your PD is current
Generally, you will get a response within a week or less than 45 days.
Response will be different case by case. It may be:
1. background check like me - I know it sucks
2. under review in the local office
3. ......
Remember:
1. Customer service know pretty much the same as what you have already known. They have no much access to your case. The only FUNCITON they have is to send service request.
2. Only send service request every 60 days or you are wasting your time.
3. One request per Receipt # per 60 days.
