Almost 3 years ago, I got my second finger print taken, however, this morning I got an approved email for 485 from USCIS. I had very bad infopass experience before (in 2007 and 2008), the workers (I don't believe they are employee of USCIS) are very rude. But calling USCIS for service request gave me very nice experience. Those who receiving service request are real representatives for USCIS.
