My lawyer just filed the LCA for me, but the rate of pay used my salary five years ago, which is wrong.

Question is can he file the new one so we will get new LCA number?
-Yes. It does not matter. As long as the new filed LCA is approved, you can use it to file the H1 petition. The wrong one will not affect teh new one approval.

He said that he will refile LCA and attach the certfied one. I am quite confused here.
