how long for the 2nd service request?

Priority date: 9/30/05, however we made a mistake calling on May 17th, got email on May 20th and said no visa. Call again in June, and was told that we can only call in 60 days. We saw somebody mentioned here 45 or 30 days. Anyone know exactly how long we can call again?
