今天拿到綠卡，ld綠卡上麵permanent resident since 寫成了10/13/2010，應該是5/13/2010，我們485 這天批的。我的日期是正確的。

請問這個問題嚴重嗎？

是不是需要file I90去換新卡？
-Yes. You do not need to pay the filing fee, but send the wrong card back to USCIS with the I-90.
這個一般多久能拿到新卡？
-A couple of months. If you need to use the GC right now, just bring the copy of the card or I-485 approval notice to the USCIS local office to get the green card stamp on your passport.
