申請的permanent position的要求嗎？是因為在conslutant公司是full time雇員，就符合綠卡permanent position的要求了？即使在軟件公司是屬於contractor的工作也沒關係？

再請教一下，我先生現在是H1身份，如果同時有兩個offer,一個給辦H1 transfer，一個不給辦，隻能用EAD工作，在我們I-485已經pr-approved的情況下，是盡量保持H1身份比較好，還是用EAD就可以？
-Either one is OK as long as his job is secure. But H1 is better if the I-485 is denied. Of course, if he keeps the job, his I-485 will have no problem to be approved when the PD becomes current.

兩者有什麽區別？在拿到綠卡前，萬一短期失去工作，哪種比較保險些？
-Not different in either using EAD or H1 if he loses the job.
