婚姻綠卡麵試前離婚-求教

B2探親來美國,幾個月後和公民結婚.開始辦綠卡不久,就發現問題,細節在這裏就不說了.眼下麵談通知已經收到,但是公民不按時準備材料,威脅說不批就讓黑下來.想問這樣的情況有什麽辦法?麵談之前離婚是不是一定沒有辦法拿到綠卡?
