兒子15歲，中國公民，已有綠卡。在阿拉巴馬州辦理driver permit.要求大使館的認證的出生證明。
-this is my first time to hear that Drier license application requires such a document. Normally, the passport is enoguh to proide the birth date proof or driver license application.

我們已有國內出具的出生公證（中英文對照）。問題是國內出具的出生公證如何辦理中國大使館的認證？
-Normally, 中國大使館的認證 is for 認證 of US document used in China. You may contact the Chinese Consulate in Houston for this reverse 認證.
