誠懇請教兩個問題:

1. 美國公司提供 H1 sponsorship. 這種情況下是否選擇 H1 而不是 TN?
-Yes, if you wan to get the H1 status.

2. TN 可否提前去邊境申請, 然後過一段時間再去美國工作?
-You can stay in Canada and then, come back. But you need to work in U.S. if you have the TN status.
