我140 eb1a, 以前批了，然後回國，現在想重返美國，找了個單位，聽說可以用我已經批準的140讓單位直接辦immigration visa,然後去廣州體檢，請問，是這樣嗎？謝謝

1. Get an H1 visa to enter U.S., and then, file I-485.

2. File I-824 to the USCIS Setvice Center where your I-140 was approved to ask USCIS to send your approved I-140 to the National Visa Center for Consular Processing to get the immigration visa in the US Consulate Guangzhou, China.
