I think it will be fine for now. Because your IRS and USCIS records are good now, your new company will not find any problem, unless you tell them your bad story (strongly recommend not).

If you feel not comfortable, you can go out of US to get H1-B visa using your new company's H1-B approval notice. This will clear all of your bad records.
