My employment as the H1 employee was terminated on January 2010 and I planned to leave U.S. for China at that time. But based on my doctor's suggestion, my health did not allow me to travel for long distance because my pregnancy had been for 7 months at that time. Thus, I have to stay in U.S. for my delivery though I have been out of status.
