非常感謝! For your answers, I have two concerns:
1. If I can not file H1 to USCIS by June 7th, my H1-B status will be expired. I have to leave USA as I was told by OIA before, otherwise there will be a gap. Is it still OK to do premium processing request for my H1B filing?

-You do not have to leave US until your H1 approved. Beause you have ten day grace period of h1 after your H1 expires and thus, if you file your h1 before June 17, you can stay in US legally during the H1 pending, but you can not work until it is approved if you file your H1 petition after June 7. So, use the premium processing to get it approved within 15 days. If you file the h1 after June 7, the worst in your case is only that your H1 approval has no I-94 and then, you just go out of US to get an H1 visa to come back. So, no big deal.

2. It takes one week to get LCA approved as you mentioned. My concern is my curret H1-B may expire by the time I send H1-B application to USCIS.
-see above answer.

Please advise.
