實際上這第一張卡是在140批準485排期時申請的，但隻給了一年。這是不是他們的疏忽？

是否可以要求換成兩年的卡？
-Maybe it is too late now. You should have asked them to replace the card when you received it. Now the card nearly expires and thus, USCIS may not fix it for you or delay to fix it and thus, you can not work continuously. So, you may just file a new application though you may need to pay the filing fee if your I-485 filing was the old fee. Consdering you can work in time, the filing fee is very little cost.
