Thanks, but the university denied my application saying that I am not eligible to participate in PSEO program because I do not have my green card in hand. PSEO allows me to take college courses (free) and the credit hours can be used for my high school diploma and a future college degree.

My current status is AOS. I should be eligible to take PSEO courses, I will need to talk with the college admission. Hopefully someone can point me to an article of immigration law regarding this.
