Change of Address and production of new card

I recently received a letter from USCIS stating that my attorney has requested update of my address. However, the last paragraph of the letter stated that "on May 20, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. It will be mailed to this updated address. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283"

The thing is that I am EB2 with priority date June 13, 2006, which is not current yet so my GC can not be approved.. Can someone help to offer some explanation...What this card is about? Thank you so much!
