回複：請教PJIANG,863211老師，我們是否需要renew H1， H4?

我先生的H1B今年6月底就六年到期了。我們同時遞了140和485。 他的140已經批了，也拿到了EAD卡和AP。但我至今什麽都沒收到，USCIS上顯示都是initial review.

我的問題是過了六月底我的H4失效，我的status有沒有問題？
-You should be fine even if you do not recieve the I-485 receipt.

應該讓我先生申請renew H1，我也renew H4嗎？
-Yes, both of you had better keep the H1/H4 status in case something happens in your GC applicaiton.
