NSC把485關聯到了錯的I140,該怎麽辦，請有經驗的各位，特別是小白兔和pjiang幫忙看看吧

我發信問我的case name check clear了沒有，我的case有沒有assign給IO,今天收到
NSC的回信

Good afternoon,



Records indicate that this I-485 application is employment-based upon an
approved I-140 petition. That I-140 provides for a second preference
immigrant worker Visa from China with the priority date of February 12, 2009
.



The May 2010 Visa Bulletin allocates third preference immigrant worker visas
from China with a priority date of September 22, 2005 and earlier. There
are no Visas currently available for this adjustment application. No
adjudication will take place on this I-485 application until a Visa is
available for it.

gov, where you can view the current bulletins regarding Employment-Based
Visas.

我本來不清楚為什麽他說我是EB2, priority data是2/12/2009
因為我485是作為lg的dependent申請的，lg是EB1b.
後來我想了一下，是因為我們公司給我申請了eb2, priority是2/12/2009,不知道為什
麽CIS把我的485跟我的eb2的140關聯起來了，而不是跟我lg的eb1b的140關聯起來。 請
問這種情況我該怎麽辦啊？
